This brand new apartment has been designed to be accessible throughout, situated 100m from the beach and park opposite Avoca cinema. The unit features reverse cycle air conditioning, enjoying a North facing outlook towards Avoca Beach. It has three spacious carpeted bedrooms (one with ensuite, not accessible), accessible main bathroom with hand held shower head and opening glass door to allow easy access to shower. There is no hand rails or shower bench but access to a shower chair is possible upon request for no additional charge. The gourmet kitchen contains Miele appliances, though the kitchen has not been designed for a wheelchair user. Extendable dining table well suited for a wheelchair. Internal laundry, TV, DVD, stereo with ipod dock, BBQ. Make sure to BYO linen and towels. Two car parks are accessible directly from ramp to apartment. Hoist available on request for no additional charge but you must bring your own sling for hygiene purposes. Apartment sleeps 7.
