The Hunter Valley Gardens are open 7 days a week from 9am to 4pm.

Hunter Valley Gardens is wheelchair friendly and allows access to all areas. Free loan wheelchairs are available at Garden Entry, bookings preferable. A hire fee applies during major events (Choc Fest, Flavourfest, and Christmas Lights) at $10.00 per wheelchair. No bookings for wheelchairs will be taken over these major events and they will be hired out on a first come first serve bases. When a wheelchair is hired out ID is required to be left at the Customer Service Desk until the wheelchair is returned.
