Shoal Bay Holiday parks offers reasonable wheelchair accessible accommodation. Being a power chair user I found the unit a little hard to get into, the main door was too narrow and there wasn’t much room for turning. Once in the cabin I found it to be reasonably good, it offers; ONE MAIN BED, BUNKS TO SLEEP FOUR CHILDREN, OPEN KITCHEN, and ACCESSIBLE SHOWER WITH HAND HELD SHOWER HEAD AND SHOWER SEAT.

Besides the accommodation it offers: MASSIVE GAMES ROOM, GREAT OUTDOOR BBQ AREA, COMMON ROOM FOR FUNCTIONS, KIDS PLAYGROUND and BASKET BALL COURTS. There is a lot on offer here for the family and would be hard to beat as a family holiday destination for someone with a disability.
